hi , my hose that goes from the radiator top up tank to the turbo keeps splitting at the turbo end.should the hose clip be done up really tight or do you alowe for expantion, because after i do up the clip its fine but a couple of hours later its cutting into the hose. can this hose be replaced with aftermarket hose ,because it s thicker at the tank end than the turbo end.cheers. oh its a sapp cossie4x4[/img]

 

I have mine done up tight, I would suspect the hose needs replacing maybe the rubber has gone brittle with age and heat.

 

M8 get an uprated hose samco etc
then all will be fine
