Sounds like fuel starvation.

fuel pump works, cause i can hear the sound it makes when you turn the key, would it be my fuel filter getting blokes up on the right hand side ?

Best way to check is to undo one of the injector pipes on top of the fuel distributor and see if fuel comes out of there when you turn the car over. I know the injectors open up when a certain pressure is hit. If that pressure isn't there the injectors will stay closed.

If there's hardly any fuel there. Try pressing the paddle down slightly when turning the car over to see if its any better. Could be down to a blocked airfilter etc.

I'll try that, also another thing, 2 nights ago i pulled off at the traffic light and put my foot down a little, then came onto the motorway and realised there was no whistle, boost or dump valve, i havnt a clue cause i look after the car, always let it warm up and cool down, never thrash it at all.
Any idea's why my turbo isnt working ?

Sounds like maybe one of your boost pipes are split. If not then it could be your turbo/actuator/amal valve.

air leak, only reason the car runs initially is because the cold start valve is adding the extra fuel which will compensate for a small air leak.
