internal petrol tank

If i put a Jaz or a pro-alloy petrol tank in my 3dr where the rear seats were will i still be able to get a mot cos i want a road legal track car

yes , fuel tank position has no part of the mot, but dont use a jaz tank there shitty foam cost me £400 in fuel pumps

If it is being used in any form of MSA approved competition it will need a safety cell (or bulk head) around it. As for MOT - no probs

Im not a fan of Jaz tanks either

Regardless of MOT requirements, do you want the fuel tank there without a bulkhead or double skinning it?
