how the hell do u undo the injector hoses at the inlet manifold end. its a 14mm spanner job, n iv bin turnin it 4 ages, but it just doesnt seem to come free, just seems to spin with the hose itself.

any1 got any ideas how it is removed??? am i missing suomething??? i enquired with the trusty haynes manual n it just said remove them, which isnt a lot of help!!!! lol

this is prob a very silly question but its annoyin me and i need car bak on the rd today, iv got new hose ready to go on, just cnt get old 1 off

 

Take the injector out with the hose still connected. Its an 8mm headed bolt at the front of the injector. I had the same problem.

took injector out, got same adive frm a local rs guru!!! lol

problem was hose connector was seized onto the injector, and all the turning just resulted in the copper hose shearing off. then having to be heavy handed with the injector resluted in that getting damaged to. to be on safe side i went and got a replacement injector and replacement hose that wernt seized together, hopefully should solve my leaking fuel and misfire problem now, fingers crossed.
