Default compression help!!!

hi, i have a xr2i 1.6 8v, it aint running right, i tested the compression and it's 11bar, is this right, i fitted a new head gasket in march could i have the wrong one?

id say thats spot on mate,thats about 154 psi which is good if all cylinders are like that.what do u mean by not running right?

on the spot it'll rev to the limiter but when driving it gets to about 45oorpm and struggles, it's like a big flat spot.

i put new leads on because one of them was'nt connected to the coil pack correctly and it was arcing and burnt the lead out. could it have damaged the coil pack?
