Well, I would suggest buying coilovers (good ones) and having them installed at some expert workshop like Zoo Motorsport with fitting rear strut brace and welding some reinforcements just to be completly sure.

I think I will have some reinforcements for rear turrets made this autumn when the car goes to the bodyshop.

Am i right in saying that if the car is only used now and again it will be ok for the turrets , as it seems to be the problems only arise if the car is tracked alot and used on our shit bumpy roads all the time

I have a rear strut brace and i only use the car now and again ????

If something is going to brake it will brake eariler or later. From what I know 3-doors have some general chassis rigidity issues like all Sierras.

If you drive it properly, not like my mom when she goes shopping I would have it strenghened somehow IF you can afford that. But I talked to Brom and he said that with rear brace shock mounts schould be strong enough.
