S2 boostin problem

Default S2 boostin problem

hiya my mates got a S2 escort turbs and hes been havin a problem with the boost hes put a boost gauge and wont run no higher than 0.2 bar
hes put a new turbo actuator unpluged the amal valve put on a bleed valve and still no difference he even round the bleed valve right down and still no difference
and it feels as fast a 1.1 fiesta crossflow

has anybody got any ideas please

the actuator he has put on is proberly set to low, give it a turn,then see what happens, also if the amal valve unplugged make sure u block the metering unit hose off

cheers dude wont the bleed valve over rite the acctuator or does it work independantly?

u say u wound the bleed valve right down, it has to be wound out for more boost

i think the actuator has to have some force on the rod at least,cant just put it on, have to pull it over the wastegate with a bit of force
