Hello all, on my newly completed 4x4 conversion (into a US Merkur XR4Ti) I find that the cooling fan comes on once the car heats up but after 5 mins or so it's still on, BTW this is with car parked. Could I have air in the system? Last night I let it run and the fan worked fine, (on and off) also parked. Ater it went off I shut the car down and topped off the coolant.

 

cossie fans DO stay on without the ignition on until they cool the engine down failing that it must be the fan switch in the rad n/working correctly
