torque settings?

Anyone know the torque settings for a mk1 seirra cosworth rear wheel bearing?

Got it booked in to a garage on saturday and just want to make sure they get it right.

Just looked in the manual, if it is called axle nut is 250-290Nm, but am not 100% sure if this is what it is
