Cosworth valves for +500bhp

Hi, i was just wondering what valves cosworth owners (and Zetec turbo owners) use when going for high power 500+ bhp? Do they run a larger valve with a wasted stem? Also are the standard exhaust valves sodium filled on a cosworth? Thanks Rick

Standard valves are sodium filled.

Exhaust ones are definitely sodium filled - don't think inlet ones are though.

Beware - there are cheap inlet and exhaust going on eBay, as far as I know the exhaust ones on there are NOT sodium filled. Swindon car components or something like that is the seller.
