Default Cossie boosting problem???

Got a bit of a problem when cossie comes on boost,it feels like its pulsing, like its hitting its boost limit and the ecu is bleeding it off,its fitted with a stage 1 chip so should do 1 bar but it hits about 10 psi and then starts to fluctuate between 10 and 15psi,never holds a steady reading, boosts up then drops down, its not harsh, just anoying.
Every thing on the engine is standard spec ,uses a 2wd l6 ecu, standard map, amal valve ect.

Thanks.

Check for a leaking bypass valve. This is connected to the intercooler and turbo inlet pipe.

Check wastegate actuator is set correctly. The correct tension is 'half a hole' i.e. you can see the wastegate arm pin but it needs half a hole to pull it over. IYSWIM

Make sure there are no other air leaks. Listen while the engine is running and/or use a vac gauge.

HI,

All above, but also check wiring to amal valve is good, and if possible try
with the amal valve disconnected, run compressor pipe off amal valve straight to actuator,(c) at amal valve so you will see just actuator pressure
if the actuator boost pressure is stable, and the wiring from the ecu is good try another amal valve.
