You can't fit an induction kit to a 2.8 V6 due to the injection (Bosch Kjetronic) system used, you'll have to make do with a replacement panel filter and either drill the air box top or run without it.

An induction kit can be fitted to the 2.9 V6 as this used electronic injection with twin air flow meters so you can fit 2 cone filters.
