Sierra cosworth electric window switches

Hi guys,
does anyone know if the bank of 4 front electric window switches can be stripped down to replace individual buttons, as my outer ones are losing their white images?

Yeah they all come apart, used to have to strip them down to clean the contacts years ago

you can find new ones kickn about every know and then there about £100 tho
