Unhappy Really Need Help with a Escort Mk2 Cosworth

Okay, so recently i bought an Escort Mk2 and it has following Problem: The Part that's in the Picture does not let any Fuel come out of it. Like, i replaced it with another one, but when i try to start the car Fuel comes out only of the tub circled orange. The ones marked green don't get any Fuel for some Reason. Now, why's that? Does anybody know how to fix it or why this issue is caused?

It's impossibe to start the car as it just stutters, the battery is okay and all the other Parts are okay.

Please help me I'm getting desperate.
Thanks.

This is the Part that isn't working

All bottom tubes have fuel coming out, but only one tube from the upper part does.

Circled Orange: Fuel comes out Circled Green: No fuel coming out

First of all: This ain't a MK2 escort, this ain't a cosworth. This is a MK4 Escort with a 1,6 CVH, 90 bhp catalyst engine with a Bosch KE-Jetronic fuel injection.

As long as the engine is not running and there is no vacuum inside the inlet and therefore the flap inside the metering unit won't move and there will be no fuel for the injectors (lines with green circles).. Everything's fine so far.

First check the obvious things for the K(E)-Jetronic.

Fuel pump working AND enough pressure?
Fuel filter NEW?
Spark plugs dry or wet?

Oh my bad, just checked the paper and your'e right. Never trust the stickers on the back
So, to answer your Questions: The Spark Plugs are dry, the Fuel Pump works (got replaced by the vendor) but i don't know how much pressure comes out, i'll try to find the tool to check it tomorrow (By the way, how much pressure has to come out of there? 3.5 bar ? ). About the Filter, i'll see what I can do tomorrow too
Guess i'll give an update then

System pressure 4,7 - 5,4 bar, iirc the pump must be at about 6-7 bar.

AND: Check for air leaks! The air hoses aren't connected properly! The hose between the trottle body and the fuel distributor is loose! K-Jetronic will NEVER work with air leaks!

Here:

Solution: untighten the big hose clamp that holds the big 90° connector on top of the fuel distributor. Turn the connector a bit to the left (anti-clockwise) side. Make sure the plastic tube between the 90° thing and the air hose to the throttle body sits fine in both parts, tighten both hose clamps there and then tighten the big hose clamp on the fuel distributor.
