Default Brake lights

I can’t get the brake light and spoiler brake light on the passenger side to work on my ford escort mk6.The drivers side brake lights are working fine. It’s not the fuse or the bulbs

So it's a supply problem, as you say the fuse is ok (how have you verified this?) you need to trace the wiring back to the bulb holder.
