ST3 225 2007 engine issue - can any one help??

Hi guys, I really hope somebody can advise me on how to save my st3 2007 5door.. I'll give a brief overview of its history before the problems. Purchased last April with a breather kit already installed (intercooler and air filter) and a 3inch straight through from cat back.. took to a local tuning company who remapped her to 257bhp and said the remap had not been done after the hardware install by the previous owner.. pulled nicely and just what I wanted.. except the exhaust, way to loud for me with the cracks and bangs waking the neighbours first thing in the morning..I changed it down to a 2.5 with silencer and all was good. Over the 5 months to September I had an updated drive shaft set fitted, wheel bearings, polybush upgrades on the front, new front splitter and bonnet vents and I'm loving my car😍 until.. the oil temp gauge stopped working the end of September then the engine management light came on.. car still working and pulling great, not rough or smoke etc.. although she didn't idle the same on start up.. beforehand it would sit at 1100-1200 for around 30-40 seconds then come down to normal idle rpm, now it just sits at normal from the start?..took to my local garage who ran a diagnostics test and the following came up, ambient air temperature sensor range performance , IAT (intake air temperature) circuit range performance problem - this one came up twice , FRP fuel rail pressure sensor high input - this one came up twice too. He managed to clear all the codes and the EML light went out, until I started her up and it came straight back on ☹️ and the oil temp gauge still not working .. I've had the fuel rail pressure sensor replaced and within two drives the EML light came back on.. I also tried resetting the Kam values by pulling fuse 26 - didn't work either,. Before I pulled the Kam fuse I also tried cleaning the MAF sensor to see if that was clogged, another suggestion I thought I would have a go at and no joy.. my local garage are not specialists in these types of cars and I'm thinking if they replace the other sensors it may not fix the problem.. any one out there have a similar problem with their st ??
