"Hi. Please oh please can someone help me with this, I am getting a loss of power when the car warms up. Cold its fine goes like a rocket but its as if as soon as the auto choke goes off, its coughing spluttering under hard acceleration, pick up is slow and if I'm going up hill I might as well get out and walk.

Sounds like a classic air leak. I would start by checking the ecu for dtc fault codes ( maf or o2 out of range ect ) and the pipe work around the inlet manifold. The fuel regulator vacuum pipes snap like twigs.
