Default Engine ID Rrequired ;-)

Hey Folks,

Im just away to strip down my brother in laws engine from his 1985 S1 RST, for general inspection / rebuild as its sat for a good number of years.

It transpires that the engine appears to be a mix of block / head which im hoping you guys could confirm as im looking to buy parts asap for the rebuild.

Head Markings
91SM 6090
K750A
1.6 AA

Block Markings
88SM 6015
LHA
19J
91K 3B

Pistons
AE 24048 STD
BZN

Ive searched around and im struggling to find definitive answers, ford engines are new to me so any help or guidance would be much appreciated.

Im thinking I have a 1988 Mk4 Escort EFI Block and an 1991 Mk3 Fiesta RST Head, this came out of his 1985 S1 RST

Could be a whole fiesta turbo engine or xr3i engine with frst inlet manifold.
If it has a hole in the block beside the starter beside for the crank pos sensor it has to be a 1990 on block.
