ive got a stage 1 2wd saff, had it on the rolling road today jus for a tune up, when it hits boost it will black smoke from about 3500 - 4500rpm, the bloke who tuned it said its normal because otherwise it will run lean on boost is this right? ive never noticed it before but im gettin a bitt paranoid about it now

My mates cossie puffed black smoke as it hit boost and that was given a clean bill of health buy 2 tuners.
If it was a specialist that told you then they going to see these every day and know what the crack is, stop worring and go play with it

you will always see smoke on the rollers!
was at a evo RR day last week and every single one( about30) was wreaking black smoke.
as long as its a light haze under full throttle and not clouds and clouds its usually ok.
