Got a problem with my s2 erst (mfi).
Took the car out earlier and on the way back noticed it was a bit hesitant on acceleration and wouldn't tickover properly.got it back home and noticed that there seems to be an airleak around the inlet manifold but after tightening every nut,bolt,jubilee clip it's still there.
It did this a couple of weeks ago and I noticed the wiring plug to the knock sensor was very frayed so I replaced it off another loom I had and that solved the problem.
I now think that maybe the knock sensor itself is at fault or am I missing another leak somewhere?i have checked everything!!!
