Default Innovate AFR G4 stops under heavy load

Hi,
My Innovate AFR G4, installed on my Saph 2wd, stops wheb I drive the car hard.
Any idea why it stops working under heavy load? Maybe due to heat? The lambda is installed on the downpipe just in front of the lowest bent (cable is not longer) Or is it due to vibrations?
grtz, Johan

The Bosch Oxygen sensor can handle temperatures up to 930 degrees Celsius.
For short period of times even 1030 degrees Celsius.
When (and that's a big IF) this is heat related you would be running very, very lean.

Can you define "stops" more accurately?

When this happens the instrument just drops to zero and only restarts after I cut the engine and restart the engine
I don't think it's running lean because I keep monitoring this. That's exactly why I bauhgt it. It's been calibrated when installed 6 months ago Power is only stage one with max 1 bar pressure

Innovate are just a fucking pain in the hole.

It will be coming down to a faulty sensor...or faulty according to Innovate, but will work with virtually every other controller.
