Default Help wanted to identify wastegate actuator

Does anyone know what spec my actuator is?

Markings on it are;

at 12 o'clock '95-003'
at 3 o'clock '17'
at 6 o'clock '430099-54'
at 9 o'clock 'Z1'

Thanks

Finally got round to measuring the rod, 141mm from its end to the back of the actuator. Is this right?
