Default fuel lines cosworth

i want to replace the plasic fuel pipe on my saph that goes from the banjo on the fuel filter to the metal fuel line but how do u connect the new braided hose to the metal fuel line just concerned about it coming off under pressure cheers steve

To do it properly you'll have to remove the fuel line and have an an6 fitting welded or brazed onto it.

Or use a compression fitting with an-6 on the end

One of these, I use these from pump to hardline then hard line to fuel rail and regulator .

You can get them with male or female an-6 ends

then of course you'll need a fitting for the end and a fitting and for the fuel filter plus the braided hose itself.

will putting a 8mm braided hose be ok just sliding on a 8 mm banjo for the filter end

Torques on the link above does a fitting to fit the filter.
