Default Brake problem rs1600i

Having a nightmare with my front brakes, everything bleeds through perfectly and the brakes are free but as soon as they warm up the fronts start binding badly, master cylinder is brand new so I don't think its that, I've got rs turbo calipers and discs on the front and and xr4i disc conversion on the rear with an adjustable bias valve, rear discs seem fine though it's just the fronts, would appreciate any help, thanks in advance

Have had that prob before and made sure pistons are moving freely plus new pads maybe over sized causing binding when hot..

Run the car till brakes are binding then take off wheels , if you can't push back Calipers as normal then open a bleed nipple and try it , if they then go back problem lies with flexi pipe
It will have an internal blister acting as a one way valve for the fluid

I'm assuming master cylinder is same type and there was clearance when you tightened it onto the servo ?

Tried that john and the Pistons pushed back in ok, I'm going to try the adjusting screw on the rod in the servo, it's my last hope !

Check what actual clearance should be using old master cyl before you start adjusting

Good luck

John
