need advice on ignition setup
hi all
this is my first post here. im fahad from india.
iv had this big turbo escort cosworth since 4 years now lying dead in my house,
finally i have decided to rebuild it.
as of now the car is completely in pieces, shell is at the paint shop, engine is openend up etc etc..
have sourced the running gear with brakes suspension etc(380 and 355mm brembo) avo coil overs monte wheels etc.
i am using a omex 710 engine management, i know there are better ecus also, but im familiar with omex as i have worked on it before.
i am now stuck with what ignition setup i should opt for, i have no idea what coils to get or wires etc etc, im looking to push out around 450 500+ from the engine.
i know coil on plug would be the best, but which one suits this engine ecu etc.. ???
advice on this would be highly appriciated..
thanks
fs
