Default Focus ST 225 lamda sensor

Hi all I have a problem with my 2005 focus st 225 lambda sensor, I had the sensor changed with was a bosch but the light came back on after a few miles of driving.
Q1 is there only one sensor or two or is there more under lining problems

You have at least 2 lambda sensors and it could be an under lying problem.
What are the fault codes read?

What is the make of the sensor you removed (also Bosch or not)?
