Default Endura DI Water leak from somthing

Ive noticed recently a slight water leak on my Focus TDDi.

First I thought it was the thermostat housing but that is in the centre of the of the engine bay connected to the top hose.

What its leaking from looks like its plastic and riveted, so whatever it is I cannot open it and it looks like its slightly fractured all around, its been leaking for a bit and its leaked onto the gearbox but Ive never had to top up the water (as the levels fine) but Id rather get it sorted.

It has a hose coming out of the right hand side of the block going into it and a few pipes that look like they come from the heater matrix into the top of it.

Its definatly coolant leaking anyway, sorry the pictures are wank!

Its about 8 inches under the right boost hose.

Here a pic of my car I took while doing the cambelt.

What you have highlighted is the vacuum pump, no water there.

What is under that is a coolant hose and steel pipe though. I'd check that, the hose for perishing and the steel pipe for corrosion.

Right okay, but this IS whats leaking? Where the little rivets are around the bottom of it, there is bubbling coming from the hairline fracture around it, nothing is leaking on as it is wet only on that bit and obviously running down it. Is there any reason at all that water should get into it?
