Default going looking at a saph 4x4

hello, im going to look at a j reg 4x4 this weekend and basically just wan to know what to look out for and what would be a reasonable price

ive not seen the car yet, belongs to a fella at work, all i know is...

2 owners
69k from new
everything standard just like its come out of factory, even the radio
cloth interior
and couple of bubbles on rear arches

he wont name a price and if its as good as he says what would be best to offer without him laughing at me

its about time i got a proper motor

Just trying to help, so don't take this the wrong way, there are loads of posts on this topic already, have you run a little seach ?
That'll give you the best chances of finding out what to look for.

Golden rule is: Don't let it win your heart over, look at everything carefully, ideally take someone along who will be truthful and honest with you.

Good luck
