I have just bought a mk4 escort cab and the car runs and drives ok but the battery light is on dim not full on the altenator is charging the battery so its not that can anyone help send me an email about it please

Check the wiring from alternator to starter motor that runs under the rad.

Little blue wire usually causes this problem
