Hi m8s, I`ve been offered to buy a 2.0 16v zetec MK2(mondeo). Is there any catches? I know that I need to have the sump, oil pick up pipe and strainer, flywheel and dipstick from my old engine which is 1.6 16v (MK6 escort, 1993). And if the car is with PATHS, I must to change the ECU, but will it fit from MK1(mondeo)???

you also need to change the water pump and oil pump or use a cvh oil filter. be carefull when changing dip stick get a reading with 2.0 one then try ur 1.6 one and c if they differ.......
