BIL N KEL

Me and my brother are about to convert his escort van to a Zetec out of an rs1800. We will be using all the standard running gear inc the loom and ecu. Does anyone know how to wire the rs1800 engine loom into the van? It is currently a 1.8d. I have bought a brand new fuel tank which is being converted to run injection and am pretty clued up on installing the Zetec into the van but not really done wiring side of things before. Is it as simple as just connecting the loom to the van ignition?
