Hi all i am running a garrett T4 RS500 turbo at the moment with ALS and launch control, i have also got a brand new Garrett GT30 ball bearing turbo with anti surge, im after opinions really which is the better turbo for bhp.

 

I would stay with the T4

But I am a old fart lol

Too many opinions to be honest, GT30 I'd opt for but the T4 does a great job too, what housing do you have on the GT30 and is it a 71-, or 76, GTX ??

 

The T4 i have has just been fully rebuilt with 360 degree bearing and double staggered seals, its an awesome turbo, but want more power the GT30 is rated up to 600bhp if your talking about exhaust housing its an 82
