Default Cosworth tps setting

Hi,need info on tps setting. I have L6 ecu/pf09 tps and the two outer cables are switched. The voltage between pin11 and pin17 is 0,85v closed and 4,85v fully open. It goes bad between 1000-3000rpm after that it is near normal. Is this wrong? More that could be wrong with pf09 on L6 ecu?

You need a PF01 for that ECU, the design is different and contains a switch, your current one does not.

I had this same problem a month or so ago.
I didn't know I had a pf09 :-(
I had bad idle issues

Changed it to a pf01 like it should be on a l6

It's a pain to set up though. Because it has a switch inside.

You need to see as near to 0 volts as poss at closed throttle.

Then with the slightest movement on the throttle the switch opens and jumps to 5 volts
(Or as near too)
Then at wide open throttle back to 0 volts

I had

Closed - 0.35v
Slight movement - 4.5v
Wide open throttle - 0.2v

It had to decline in voltage as soon as you touch the throttle
.
Hope this helps
Luke
