Default Stiff clutch when engines hot

Hi all, ive used the search but cant find the answers im looking for.
Idrive a 97 escort van 1.8d non turbo
Ive been having this issue with my clutch for some time now, basically in the mornings when everythings cold my clutch works fine but after 10 miles the pedal gets really stiff and changing gear is impossible,
ive replaced the pedal box, clutch cable, ive had a new clutch fitted, 3 part clutch from local motor factors but i still have the same problem?
Ive had to replace the clutch arm twice due to them splitting on the shaft so im currently using a arm from a petrol as the weight on the diesel was fowling the casing, i replaced the release fork thinking it might be pushing the bearing uneven and ive lost count of how many quadrants ive broke!

Please could anyone help my scrapyards are running out of quadrants!

That sounds so random. Could it be something to do with the linkage its self ?? from under Stick to gearbox ?

I thought that so i replaced Lh rear and front engine mount to try and keep the linkage tight and steady and greased the linkage but that didnt help,

Is the clutch cable routed correctly? Its not sat against the exhaust manifold or got any big kinks in it?

Take the cable out and chuck Loads of oil down the sleeve maybe. Something is gettin hot and dry or hot and expanding causing a limiting movement either way??
