hi does anyone know if the st170 front stub axle/hubs are same as the ones on lower spec cars ie will one off a lx or ghia fit or are they different ?
I know it would need to be the abs type but will the caliper carrier fit from my st onto a non st hub ?

the knuckles are st170 specific as the brake setup is quite different, not sure about the hubs think they are the same.

I think my best bet is to replace the bearing and also the hub if that is required
