fiesta heater switch problems

hi all, my heater only works on number 4 on my fiesta 1.4 tdci mark 6. is this a switch issue or a resistor problem? and how easy is it to find and change either?

it'll be the resistor as same problems with the focus, it mite be behind your glovebox
