Default pinto and type 9 in mk2

hi everyone i should be getting a mk2 escort with crossflow and type 9 fitted. I want to fit a pinto in it.

my question is will it bolt straight in with no messing about once i find a good one to buy and the crossflow is out?

You need an RS sump or a modded 1.8 CVH one to clear the x member.

Rs sump and alloy Rs eng mounts , swap wires over and cables to pedals

Ancillaries/manifolds are on opposite sides...

how hard is it to swap the cables over? i want to run twin carbs. would it be worth me buying an engine and rebuilding it?

could some one put a list of rebuild parts so i can price it up please.
