Hi,
Got a Mondeo Mk3 Tdci 2003.
Bought it with a faulty power steering pump, or so seller said. Changed pump but the steering is still very heavy. Also fluid is leaking out of the cap now, it wasn’t before with the old pump. I bled it when I changed it, for quite a while.
Any suggestions please?

Sounds similar to mine, it started making a slight whining noise but within 5 mins it was very loud, looked like it may have been leaking from reservoir but looks like it's mainly been leaking from the pump itself and think the noise must be the pulley bearings gone. Seemed to happen very quick though going from normal driving to very noisy in about 5 mins.
