What oil is best????????????????
Hi i have a 91 saph 4x4 stage 3 and as i have only just got it i am giving it a full service i was wandering what your recomendations for oil and spark plugs are? i will use a ford oil filter? also any thing else that needs doing regularly? cheers

the most expensive you can find 
and as for doing regular the expensive oil you put in your motor ,you should check daily cos they do use it some more than others

If you want the best quality and price is not an issue then I would use the Silkolene PRO S 5w-40 or 10w-50. It's 100% synthetic, no petroleum basestock.
