Hi guys, I have a problem with my music system and it's really annoying me now. it has a alpine stereo in it and is run by a infinity amp, I bought the car as it is and haven't messed with the system. Ive had it over a year and it's been fine but I put the music on the other day, it came on for about 2 seconds then all speakers just have a buzzing noise, doesn't change even if I put volume high or low. Anyone had this problem? I'm hopeless with car audio.

 

sounds like an amp issue or a pinched phono lead causing a short
