Default Fiesta 2004 1.4 - Won't start.

Hi,

First time posting here, hope you can shed a bit of light on an issue I have with my fiesta.
I left my car for about 2 days, came to start it today and it wouldn't.

The immobiliser light flashes as normal without the keys in the ignition. After putting the keys into the ignition and turning the ignition on, all lights, fans, cd player etc come on. The immobiliser light turns on for 2 seconds and then goes out - it does NOT flash a ford error code etc. When it comes to starting the engine, nothing. No turning over or clicking noise.

I don't have remote central locking. But I do have central locking. I have both original keys.

So, immobiliser issues? I read somewhere maybe a low battery caused the immobiliser to reset? - this seems odd as battery has been fine and left for much longer than 2 days recently without issue. So duff immobiliser?

Key needs recoding? Immobiliser recoding? aaaaaaaaaah. help.

Thanks!

Alpal
