Default Car running hot. Critically need help!!

My 2004 ford focus 2.0L dohc. Is running hot. I've done all I know to do changed water pump thermostat and housing used stop leak. It's no longer leaking water at all but the car is still running hot when sitting still the fans work as long as the a/c is on so I don't know what else to do. Water level is consistent im out of ideas. Please help this is my wife's car and it is impossible to live with one vehicle.

Using stop leak can block the rad, a way to check is to feel both the upper and lower hoses to see what temperature they are (should be fairly similar) Another way if you can get access is to feel the temp of the rad, the core should be same all over.
