Default saph cossie fuel pressure

hi chaps little bit of help please! ive got a sierra saph cosworth 4x4 h reg red top. ive just fitted dark green 803 injectors, 3 bar map sensor and awaiting the arrival of a stage 3 chip from msd tomorrow. my mate came round this evening and suggested ill have to adjust the fuel pressure before going out for a drive and setting the boost up. now ive looked at the fuel pressure regulator and assume you have to remove the blanking cap in the top to get to an adjustment screw? the main problem i have is how do i check the fuel pressure? any help would be appreciated! thanks guys, gary
