escort gti gearbox

hi
I have an 1997 escort gti, dose anyone know or how to find out what type of gearbox is in it with out taking the clutch out,IB5 or MTX75?

i may be wrong but iirc ib5 for the gti, im sure the mtx was only on the rs2000

mtx75 has lift up reverse, ib5 is push down reverse and different size clutches
