Default Laguna dci 1.9 brake pedal issue

I no its not ford but my dads laguna dci 1.9 brake pedal travels all the way to the floor slowely with engine on and with the ENGINE OFF. Im suspecting master cylinder seals as NO FLUID is being lost.

brakes still work but he says the went at a junction today

Any help/advice before i shell out £140 for a new one!?

cheers

Would say master is leaking. Poss air in brake lines. Abs pump failing.
