hi, ive got a fiesta rs turbo engine fitted in my ka sport at the moment, only problem i have is that the engine sits abit too high on the drivers side? i have the mounting bracket bolted into the chassis fine and the fiesta engine mount bolted to it but i have heard there is about 3 different types of mounts fitted to the cvh? are there taller mounts for the fiesta or are they all the same? how can i drop the height of the engine properly without bodging? any help would be greatly apreciated!

 

PM kaking1982 he had the engine out of my RST and fitted it in his ka. Tell him Tom said he might be able to help

i will try and get some pics up tomorrow, cars at my g/f's house at the mo, the other reason i think its too high is that on the t2 turbo where the top boost hose fits the compressor housing, the housing sits so close to the slam panel that i cant get a boost hose on the turbo, its just squashed up againt the slam panel, surely that cant be rite?
