Question Focus Turbo conversion

Right i have a 2.0l 16v xetec focus (mk1) and ford focus RS turbo parts (everything for a conversion, Injectors, Turbo, Intercooler, Manifolds, etc.) and i am getting a decompression plate and a new head on.

My question is what sort of BHP can i run through this car safely without stregnthening the engine?

Ive been looking between 200-230 but im not 100% sure what will be safe... Any ideas?
