A chip and a -31 actuator, decent filter, exhaust system, and a rolling road set up should see around 175+bhp with 14lbs of boost. Should be reliable enough with this amount of power. Pricewise your looking at around £800 with everything done by a professional garage.

When my S1 had a Magnex, K&N panel filter and a Bayjoo chip it made 164 bhp on Noble's rollers at 13 psi and that was on the standard IC.

That lot cost me about £800 and I fitted everything but the chip myself.

Chip was done at Castle Performance.

Colin.
