Been to the classic ford show at santa pod today but couldn't run the 100E because the zetec started missfiring yesterday after the first run at shakey. I bought new plugs, leads and coilpack and still no cure. I've established that it's the number 1 cylinder as the plug comes out soaking wet with fuel. I've compression tested it and all cylinders are bang on equal at 150psi. There is an awful lot of fuel coming out of the cylinder when the plugs removed and engine running. Does anyone know if the injectors can get stuck open?
