hi all. i am after a bit of help/advise basiclay iv'e just bought a 04 tdci focus sport it has the 1.8 tdci 115ps engine in it, which i belive goes and pulls very well. It has 105k on the clock. im very happy with it apart from It but it has what i can only describe as a missfire/judder that starts around 1400rmp to 1800rpm and comes back slightly at 2100 2400rpm this is only when stationary and it not noticble under load or when driving, no boost leaks/ black smoke. i have searched posts and cant really pinpoint anything apart from a couple of theads for a ecu update/ injector update. no rattles at idle or starting wich i belive rules out dual mass flywheel ???from previos experience lol.....i hope this is not a serious fault and ive bought a right lemon of a car any help advise on possible steps to take to sort this or what might be causing this. thanks in advance ryan

when was the fuel filter last changed?

try a fuel filter on it if they havent been changed in a few year they can cause hesitation faults when driving.
